wedding dresses?

ok, so honestly i havent tried on a single dress yes other than my mom’s old one (which was just icky and from the 70’s) but my main concern is that i’m worried i’m going to have problems with them fitting in the bust. i’ve got a really small top. like aa-a on a good day. i REALLY love all the strapless ones i’m seeing, but i’m figuring i’m going to have to opt for a halter style. my question is tho, if i get it altered to fit, a strapless that is, will it stay up? i’ve never worn anything strapless in my life, but then again i’ve never had anything altered to fit my body.
and will i have to worry about the top sliding down when i sit for dinner? i figured there must be someone out here who’s tiny on top and still went for the strapless. any help is welcome tho. i know i need to try them on to get a real feel for it, but my wedding isnt for 18 months so i havent started on that part yet.

old wedding pics with a flower from the bouquet on the floor?

my mom said that she has seen a lot of old wedding pictures with a flower from the brides bouquet on the floor of the photo. neither of us are sure what this means. does anyone have any info on this?
